Our products are, of course, fabricated with high care. If there still rises a problem with one of our products, you are entitled to claim warranty.
Next to the 12 month warranty all our products have a legal warranty as well. This means that a product should be doing what you can reasonably expect.
In bags the production defects are covered in the Warranty. Wearing, damage or wrong usage (also of the leather) are excluded from warranty. This will be decided by the manufacturer.
Broken zippers, hardware or snap buttons are included in the warranty!

Do you have a complaint?
We advise you to let us know complaints by mail first by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
If this doesn’t result in a solution, it’s possible to drop the dispute at Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
As from 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers inside EU to report complaints at ODR platform of the European Commission. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Only when your complaint is not being handled elsewhere you are free to deposit your complaint on the platform of the European Union.
