Of course all our products are made with great care. Of course you can claim the warranty if there happens to be anything wrong with one of our products.
In addition to the 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, all our products have a legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect.
For bags, the product and or workmanship defects of the bags are under the manufacturer’s warranty. Wear, damage or improper use (of the leather) are excluded from warranty. This for the assessment of the manufacturer of the product concerned.
Obviously broken zippers, hooks, snap buttons or other haberdashery are covered by the warranty!

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting webshop keur.
From 15 February 2016 It is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at Http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
